FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (March 21, 2017) - Freshman
Alec Orazietti tallied three goals, but the FDU men's lacrosse team dropped a 9-5 non-conference decision to Farmingdale State Tuesday.
The Rams boost their record to 7-1 while FDU fell to 4-3.
The Devils struck first, as Orazietti netted his first 4:03 into the game. The Rams potted the next three markers spanning the first and second quarters, but the Devils ended the run with 6:53 left in the second. After sophomore Michael Warg rang a shot off iron, freshman

Matt Melnik grabbed a rebound and quickly scored to give FDU the 4-3 edge.
Farmingdale would score once to tie the game heading into the fourth, and then scored four goals in 4:45 to take the lead for good. After the hosts tacked one more on, FDU scored the final goal as senior
Dan Decker scored off a pass from freshman
John Guido.
Decker led the way with seven ground balls, while
Michael Adragna forced six turnovers on defense. Sophomore
