Box Score CENTER VALLEY, PA - The College at Florham Devils were defeated by DeSales, 75-62, in Freedom Conference action on Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, the Devils dropped to 11-12 (5-7 Freedom) while the Bulldogs improved to 13-10 (8-4 Freedom).

DeSales started the game hot, opening up a 23-6 lead with 7:25 left in the first half.  The Devils trimmed their deficit to 12, 27-15, with 2:03 left to play in the half after a jumper from sophomore guard Jalessa Lewis but the Bulldogs scored the final bucket of the half to take a 29-15 advantage into the locker room.

The Bulldogs started the second half much the same way they did the first as they came out with an 18-10 run to grab a 47-23 lead with 13:30 to go in the game.  The Devils made one final push and closed to 68-57 with 1:56 remaining after a jumper from junior guard Tasza Carter but DeSales made their free throws down the stretch to secure the win.

Freshman guard Leigh-Ann Lively scored a team-high 18 points off the bench while freshman forward Kyra Dayon tallied 15 points and 11 rebounds.

The Devils return to action on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at home for Senior Day against Eastern beginning at 6 pm.
