BROOKLYN, NY - The College at Florham Devils knocked off Brooklyn College, 7-2, in non-conference action on Friday afternoon.
With the win, the Devils improved to 3-4.
FDU erupted for four goals in the first half and got the scoring started immediately as sophomore midfielder
Josh Corpuz (Randolph, NJ/Randolph) scored just 3:05 into the contest. Six minutes later, freshman forward
Tommy Meola (Pompton Lakes, NJ/Pompton Lakes) made it 2-0 and two minutes after that, sophomore defender
Sean Mosser (Sayreville, NJ/Sayreville) gave FDU a 3-0 advantage. Sophomore midfielder
Manny Almeida (Elizabeth, NJ/Union Catholic) closed out the scoring in the first half by give the Devils a 4-0 lead with 15:04 to go before intermission.
The Devils then came out and scored the first three goals of the second half to make it 7-0 as Corpuz, sophomore defender
Nick Maccarone (Garfield, NJ/Paramus Catholic) and sophomore forward
Josef Hess (Alpine, NJ/Don Bosco Prep). The Bridges tallied two goals late in the contest to get on the board.

Tim Kirk (Pompton Lakes, NJ/Pompton Lakes) started and picked up the win, playing 73:17.
The Devils return to action on Sunday, September 19, 2010, at home against City Tech beginning at 1 pm.
