MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils were defeated by SUNY Old Westbury, 1-0, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, the Devils dropped to 2-3.

This game was nip-and-tuck the whole way through with the game remaining scoreless until the Panthers found the back of the net with 5:15 left in regulation.  Old Westbury held a 15-11 edge in shots and a 7-6 advantage in corner kicks but FDU did have some opportunities to score.

Sophomore goalkeeper Tim Kirk (Pompton Lakes, NJ/Pompton Lakes) made nine saves in net.

The Devils return to action on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, with their first road game of the season at Drew beginning at 7 pm.
