MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils knocked off Rutgers-Newark, 8-1, in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon.

With the win, the Devils improved to 2-6 on the season.

Junior Joe Li (Parsippany, NJ/Pasippany) led the Devils by winning at first singles and teaming with junior Andrew Scamporino (Secaucus, NJ/Secaucus) to win at first doubles while Scamporino also won at second singles.  Junior Kevin Ly (Staten Island, NY/Tottenville) took home third singles and paired with junior Josh Bacon (Marysville, PA/Susquenita) to win at second doubles.  Senior Michael Capece (Elizabeth, NJ/Elizabeth) took home fifth singles.

The Devils return to action on Friday, April 9, 2010, at home against Staten Island beginning at 3:30 pm.
