MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils knocked off Staten Island, 8-1, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

With the win, the Devils improved to 2-5.

Freshman Kristen Lefkus (Clinton, NJ/North Hunterdon) won at second singles and combined with freshman Lauren Abate (Wayne, NJ/Wayne Hills) to win at first doubles.  Senior Heather Suboleski (Sicklerville, NJ/Winslow Twp.) won at third singles and teamed with freshman Lindsey Martin (North Brunswick, NJ/North Brunswick) to win at second doubles.  Senior Megan Koenig (Jobstown, NJ/Northern Burlington) won at fourth singles and paired with junior Alyssa Catuogno (Staten Island, NY/Tottenville) to win at third doubles.  Catuogno also won at fifth singles while freshman Kayleigh Sacco (West Deptford, NJ/West Deptford) won at sixth singles.

The Devils return to action on Wednesday, September 30, 2009, at home against St. Elizabeth beginning at 3 pm.
