Worthington joined the FDU-Florham Men's Coaching Program in the Fall of 2012, bringing with him 12 years of coaching experience. He previously coached at the Arsenal Academy in London as well as for Chicago Fire in their youth academy and he also served as a DOC in Australia.

Worthington moved from England to Morristown, NJ in 2009 and currently coaches for Morris Utd STA with their youth teams and previously served as the head coach of the NPSL Morris County Colonials.

Additionally, he holds his NSCAA Premier (A) License, USSF B, UEFA B and NSCAA Regional GK Diploma, as well as, a BA in Sports and Fitness.
