Novack enters his second season as an assistant on the FDU-Florham coaching staff.

Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Novack enjoyed a stellar four-year career as a member of the FDU-Florham men’s lacrosse team. The Madison, N.J. native was a four-time All-Freedom Conference selection with three first-team nods. A team captain during his junior and senior seasons, Novack was twice named first team All-ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) and helped lead the 2009 Devils to a Freedom Conferen Championship and an NCAA Tournament berth.

Novack played both lacrosse and basketball at Madison High School where he was named team captain prior to graduating in 2007. As a sophomore on the Madison lacrosse team, he was named second team all-state and was honored first team all-state during his junior and senior campaigns. In addition to the all-state recognition, he was also first team all-conference during his last two years and an All-American after his outstanding senior season. In 2013, Novack coached basketball and lacrosse at his former high school.
