A 2014 graduate, Lance O'Donovan enters his third season as an assistant coach for the FDU Devils during the 2019 season, primarily working on the offensive side, running the box and focusing on midfield play.

O'Donovan comes from Duxbury, Mass, one of the top schools in Massachusetts for high school lacrosse.

Prior to joining FDU coaching staff  O'Donovan played four years of lacrosse for the Devils while earning a degree in Business Administration. Lance received All-MAC Freedom accolades during his senior season with the Devils.

The past couple years, Coach O'Donovan was a member of the Morristown High School coaching staff and has coached many club and youth teams in Morris County.Â

He is currently working toward his Master’s degree in Sports Administration here at FDU.
