CAREER WRITE-UP
Ling comes to FDU after spending three years as an Assistant Coach under Marlon Sears at Montclair State University from 2016-2019. During his time at Montclair State, the Red Hawks qualified for the NJAC Tournament in all three seasons, including two semifinal appearances before Coach Sears left for Amherst College. Coach Ling coordinated all basketball related activity, including planning and organizing team travel, equipment inventory, recruiting efforts, directing the team managers and organizing the highly-successful camp program.

Prior to MSU, Ling spent two years as the Assistant Coach at Northern Highlands High School, where he coordinated player development efforts while preparing scouting reports of opponents for the head coach
