Scott Woodward enters his second season on the FDU-Florham coaching staff where he will serves as the Offensive Coordinator while mentoring the quarterbacks.

Woodward comes to FDU from Westfield State University, where he was the quarterbacks coach and offensive play caller from 2010-2012.  During his three years at WSU, he tutored a total of six starting quarterbacks.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in the fall of 2009, Woodward was a dependable four-year reserve quarterback for the Minutemen, playing in 41 games.  He saw significant playing time his senior year and served as the backup quarterback to the school's all-time passing leader, Liam Cohen, his first four seasons.  In 2007, the MInutemen lost in the National Championship Game but the squad won two conference championships during Woodward's tenure.

A native of Wendell, MA, Woodward was a standout three-sport athlete at Mahar Regional High School.  In football, he was an All-State quarterback his senior year and a three-time All-Western Massachusetts All-Star.  He was also chosen as Western Massachusetts Male Athlete of the Year.  The left-handed signal caller threw for 46 touchdowns and more than 4,000 yards while leading Mahar to back-to-back Super Bowl titles.  A standout punter and defensive back, Woodward also earned All-Western Massachusetts honors in basketball and baseball.

Scott resides in Denville, NJ, with his girlfriend Kelli, and their two dogs, Wendell and Rudy.
