Matthew Lohrey enters his first season on the FDU coaching staff where he will serve as the Devils Offensive Line coach.,
A graduate of Stonehill College in the spring of 2013, Lohrey was a consistent four-year starter at right tackle, left tackle, and left guard. Through his four years he started over 30 games for the Skyhawks. After graduating with a degree in Mediated Communications he takes his first coaching position here at FDU.
A native of Dunellen, NJ, Lohrey was a standout two-sport athlete at Dunellen High School.  In football, he was an All-State tackle during his senior year and a two-time All-Conference All-Star.  He was also chosen to play in the NJ North/South High School All-Star Football Classic after graduating DHS in 2009. He also earned All-Division honors for shot put his senior year when he was a part of the State Champion Track and Field team.
Matthew currently resides in Dunellen, NJ.
