John O'Leary has joined the staff in 2018 as a volunteer coach. John is an Attorney and was a successful Trial Litigator for over 30 years. Now in semi-retirement, John is also an Adjunct Professor at FDU.

Coach O'Leary was very active coaching youth football in Millburn NJ for over 10 years. He received the 2005 Outstanding Contribution to Amateur Football Award in 2005 from the Essex County Chapter of The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame. John served as a Recreation Commissioner for Millburn Township for 5 years and most recently served as an assistant football coach at Jonathan Dayton High School in Springfield NJ.
