Kim Davis enters her second season with the field hockey program, her first as a graduate assistant.
The 2017 graduate became the FDU career-leader in points (138) and goals (56) and is second all-time in assists (26) and game winning tallies.
Davis was a two-time MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year and a two-time NFHCA All-American while picking up three All-Region honors. She was the program's first-ever NFHCA First Team All-American.
She is tied for the single-game record with three assists and is found through the FDU-Florham record books. For a single-season she holds the second and third spots respectively with 50 and 49 points, and is tied for second with 21 goals set on two occasions.
2016 saw Davis record two or more goals in seven different games while netting six game-winning tallies. In the MAC Freedom semifinals, Davis scored twice and added an assist in a 4-0 win over Wilkes. She also netted two goals in the ECAC Quarterfinals, as FDU picked up a 3-2 win over Marywood.
