2015 (Senior): Received All-MAC Freedom Honorable mention recognition..MAC Honor Roll..Named to MAC Sportsmanship Team..Won 14 games, including four shutouts on the season..Totaled 115 saves in 23 games and recorded a 1.49 goals against average.

2014 (Junior): Made 17 starts in goal as a junior while posting a 12-4 record and a 1.85 goals against average … Her 12 wins ranks second for FDU-Florham single season wins … Recorded four shutouts while stopping 80 shots on the season … Made 10 saves in a win over Gwynedd Mercy on 8/31/14 … Made five saves in a shutout victory over Manhattanville on 10/28/14 … Tallied a career-high 12 saves against Skidmore in the NCAA Tournament on 11/15/14.

2013 (Sophomore): Played in two games and started one. Earned a 2-0 victory in her lone start of the season against Ramapo on 9/14. Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad

2012 (Freshman): Appeared in eight games and started in five of the matches. Made 14 saves in the ECAC championship game against Stevens Institute. Made 14 key stops during the opening game of the ECAC tournament.

Personal/High School: Daughter of Sarah and Mike Defnet..Born December 1,..Played three years of varsity field hockey at Poolesville High School and was named All-Metro MVP and received the Falcon Award..Her team was state finalists in 2011..Also played four years of varsity softball and was team MVP and won the sportsmanship award..participated in track and field for one year at Poolesville..Off the field she enjoys cooking, swimming, bowling, painting and reading..Her sister Holly was a member of Salisbury University's track and field program from 2008-12..She is obsessed with pumpkins..has walked on fire twice..and holds most of the school's power lifting records..Biology major
