MADISON, N.J. - The FDU-Florham Devils field hockey team welcomed its first home opponent of the season, the Western Connecticut State Wolves, this afternoon. After battling through regulation, the Devils came away with the victory, as Mishel Kurt delivered the game-winning goal in overtime.

- Following a Western Connecticut State foul, Blair's penalty corner shot was rebounded and sent back in front, where Janeen tapped it to Blair, who fired it into the back of the cage for the first goal of the game.
- The Devils and Wolves battled through three scoreless quarters, sending the game into overtime.
- After Blair took the Devils penalty corner in overtime, Lindsey Pampalone delivered the ball to Mishel Kurt, who fired it into the cage for the game-winning goal.
