How it Happened
- The Devils had an early lead against the Aggies with a score of 12-4 at the 6:42 time stamp
- Delaware Valley began to catch up to FDU, taking the lead to 15-12 with 1:46 left in the first quarter
- Points from Alexa Chapman and Walker closed out the first quarter, bringing the score to 19-16, Aggies lead
- In the second quarter, FDU baskets from Christina Sullivan, Centeno, and Sode, put the Devils back on top, 24-21, with 6:43 until half
- The Aggies regained the lead at the 5:39 minute mark, but the Devils stayed close behind
- Clancy scored FDU's final baskets before the half, closing out the second quarter with a score of 31-28 with Delaware Valley continuing to lead
- Delaware Valley pushed the Devils into a 9-point deficit in the third quarter, 39-30, with 5:41 on the clock
- Made baskets from Vazquez and Shannon Tighe closed the gap to 41-35 at the 4:10 minute mark but the Aggies continued to control the ball, finishing the third quarter with an 11-point lead, 51-40
- Early fourth quarter baskets from Vazquez and Sode, closed the gap 6-points but the Devils stayed behind 53-47 with 7:18 on the clock
- Delaware Valley maintained their offensive pressure for the rest of the fourth quarter, defeating the Devils with a close score of 63-55
