Madison, NJ (March 25) – Two FDU-Florham Men's Basketball Student-Athletes have earned spots on the College Sports Communicators (CSC), formerly the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), Academic All-District Team for their hard work on the court and in the classroom this year.
Senior
Jamal Santana (Randolph, NJ) and junior
James Zingaro (Stratford, NJ) were two of many DIII Men's Basketball Players to receive the 2025 honor.
Santana, a Finance major with a 3.80 cumulative GPA, saw action in all 23 games. This season he totaled 49 points and 19 rebounds total. The senior also accounted for 5 blocks and 18 steals in a defensive effort. Santana was recently named to the 2024-25 All-MAC Freedom Winter Sportsmanship Team.
Zingaro, who posts a 3.55 cumulative GPA as a Business Administration major, collected minutes in 23 games this season for the Devils. He averaged 3.5 points, 2 rebounds per game, 9 steals, and 4 blocks. His best performance of the season came at Stevens late in the season in February when he collected a season-high 10 points, going perfect from the foul line, and dished out 5 assists.
