MADISON, N.J. – The FDU-Florham men' soccer team played King's College to a 1-1 draw Saturday afternoon in the rain. 

DEVILS HIGHLIGHTS

• Ferid Zaku scored the lone goal for the Devils
• Genti Dauti notched his eighth assist of the year on Zaku's goal. 
• Goalkeeper Victor Ciach tallied three saves in four chances. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The King's offense put pressure on Ciach and the FDU defense in the early minutes of the first half. In the 15', the Monarchs put up the first goal of the match as Jackson Nuttall scored an unassisted goal on the King's third straight shot on the FDU net. 
• The Devils did not go quietly in the first half as FDU outshot the Monarchs 8-5 but could not find the back of the King's net and went into the break trailing 1-0.
• In the second half, the Devils offense continued to outshoot the Monarchs, tallying eight to King's three. 
• Then, in the 69', Zaku found the back of the King's goal on the assist from Dauti for his second goal of the year and knotting the match at one apiece where it would stay for the remainder of the afternoon. 

GAME NOTES

• Saturday's match extended FDU's unbeaten streak to 11 matches in a row without a loss. 
• Saturday's match was FDU's third draw of the year and the first time the Devils have three or more draws in a season since having seven in 2023. 
• Dauti leads the MAC Freedom with eight assists. 
• Ciach leads the MAC Freedom in saves with 53, seven more than the next closest. 

UP NEXT
FDU returns to action on Wednesday, Oct. 15 as the Devils host Albright College. Kick-off is set for 4 p.m.
