The 2024 Academic All-District® Women's Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the track, in the field, and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's track& field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Burke ran in both the winter and spring seasons for the Devils while maintaining a 3.65 GPA as a criminology major. In the winter, she led the team with top times in the 60-meter dash (8.28) and the 200-meter dash (27.58), which were both conference championship qualifiers. Her 60-meter time was clocked at the 2024 MAC Indoor Championships where she placed 10th overall in the field. During the outdoor season, she led the team with the fastest times in the 100-meter dash (12.83), 200-meter dash (26.49), and 400-meter dash (59.66) and contributed to the fastest 4x400 time of the year (4:19.23). Her 400-meter time helped land her on the MAC Championship podium for the first time of her career when she placed fifth. At the ECAC Championship, she earned two silver medals in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes.

Dougherty was an outdoor runner for Fairleigh Dickinson in the 400-meter dash and 400-meter hurdles and has maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout her undergraduate and graduate courses in Biology. Her 400-meter hurdles time of 1:04.93 led the team and was the sixth best time in the Metro Region this season. At the MAC Championships, she earned her second track and field medal in the 400-meter hurdles with a silver medal after collecting a bronze medal last season. She also placed 10th in the 400-meter dash. At the ECAC Championships, she won the 400-meter hurdles for the second straight year, placing first in the event with a time of 1:05.13.
