Madison, NJ (November 20)- The FDU-Florham football team has claimed its first-ever program appearance in Centennial-MAC Bowl Series as they earned the third seed and will host the Dickinson College Red Devils on Saturday, November 23 with a 12:00pm kick-off.

Head coach Anthony Van Curen led the Devils to a 6-4 regular season, after few key season wins including Misericordia, Lebanon Valley, and Stevenson. The Devils began the 2024 season 5-0 as it was the best start in program history.

The Centennial Conference and the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced on Nov. 5, 2015 their partnership to hold two postseason football games between member institutions known as the Centennial-MAC Bowl Series. In the spring of 2018, the two conferences voted and approved an additional bowl game to increase the series to three games beginning in the fall of 2018. The Centennial-MAC Bowl Series is comprised of the top-three teams from each conference that are not selected to the NCAA Division III Championship.

The format for the Centennial-MAC Bowl Series adjusted in 2019. The No. 1 seeds will revert back to having host duties as they did through the first three years of the bowl series. The Centennial Conference's top seed with host the MAC's second seed, and the MAC's top seed will host the Centennial Conference's second seed. The two conference's No. 3 seeded teams will face each season, with the MAC hosting in even years and the Centennial hosting in odd years (flipped from normal rotation due to the cancelation of 2020 season). 

With King's (PA.), John Hopkins, and Ursinus punching their ticket in the NCAA DIII Championship Tournament, it was Delaware Valley, Widener, and FDU-Florham left on the MAC side of the series this year and Muhlenberg, Franklin & Marshall, and Dickinson on the Centennial Side.

All Centennial-MAC Bowl Games will occur on Saturday, November 23 at 12:00pm.

#2 Widener (5-4) at #1 Muhlenberg (7-3)
#2 Franklin & Marshall (6-4)  at #1 Delaware Valley (7-2)
#3 Dickinson (5-5) at #3 FDU-Florham (5-4)

This will be the first time in program history that the Devils will matchup with the Red Devils.
