Saucon Valley, Pa. (September 17)- The FDU-Florham Women's Golf team competed in their first match of the 2024-25 season in a tri-match with Wilkes and Misericordia. The Devils took to Wilkes's home course, The Wyoming Valley Country Club, and found themselves in third out of the three teams with a combined score of 425 (+141).
Three Devils shared the best team score,
Shannon Flatt (Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ),
Dominique Rodriguez (Pittsgrove, NJ), and
Kylie Miralles (Jefferson, NJ) all totaled a score of 103 (+32) to secure an FDU fourth-place tie.
Three other Devils were seen on the course against the Colonels and the Cougars. Placing herself in 14th with a score of 116 (+45) was
Emma Letizia ( North Haledon, NJ). Sophomore
Juliana Polanco (Marlboro, NJ) found herself following right behind with a score of 117 (+46) for 15th overall, and
Lily Hodgson (Forked River, NJ) closed out the FDU-Florham day with a 119 (+48) for 16th place.
FDU-Florham is set to host its first match since the 2022-23 season on Thursday, October 24th when they see the Albright Lions visit for a 1:00pm tee-time.
