Madison, N.J. (June 17)- As announced from the College of Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday afternoon, The FDU-Florham women's golf programs saw three of their student-athletes earn CSC Academic All-District team this year.
Representing on the field and in the classroom was senior, Shannon Flatt (Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ) and sophomores Juliana Polanco (Marlboro, NJ) and Lily Hodgson (Forked River, NJ).
Flatt maintained a 3.877 cumulative GPA in QUEST Elementary and Special Education with Psychology. She is a 2-time MAC Winter & Spring Academic Honor Roll Recipient, MAC Fall Academic Honor Student, as well as earned a position on the MAC All-Sportsmanship Team. In her final season with the Devils, Flatt competed in seven matches, posted a career-low score of 102, tied for second place during a match against Misericordia, and carded a 104 during Day 2 of MAC Championships.
Along with accomplishing a 3.948 cumulative GPA in Criminology and Psychology, Polanco competed in 5 matches during her second season as a Devil. In addition to earning her first CSC All-District recognition, she is also a 2024 MAC Winter & Spring Academic Honor Roll recipient. During her season, Polanco earned a season low score of 110 against Kean as well as carded a 113 during Day 1 of MAC Championships.
Hodgson earned a 3.660 cumulative GPA in Digital Marketing while competing in her sophomore season with the Devils. Her personal best this season was against Susquehanna as she carded a low of 119.
