Dallas, PA. (October 12) - The FDU-Florham Women's Soccer Team traveled to Miserocrdia for their second MAC Freedom Conference math of the season, falling to the Courgars, 9-0.

Misericordia got on the board early, earning a goal at the 7:00 minute mark and a second one less than five minutes later. The Cougars earned 2 more goals during the first half, bringing the score to 4-0 at halftime. The Devils went scoreless in the first half, not converting the lone shot taken on goal.
During the second half, FDU made a valiant effort to get on the board yet none of the shots taken on goal were able to earn them the points. The Devils tried to strengthen their offensive and defensive efforts, but the Cougars did not let up. Misericordia kept up their offensive control as they made 5 goals in the second half, ultimately defeating the Devils to a score of 9-0.
In goal for full duration of the match was Ava Gianni (North Brunswick Township, NJ), as she saved 6 of the 15 shots taken on goal by the Cougars.
The FDU-Florham Devils will continue on the road as they travel to Farmingdale State on Wednesday, October 16th for a 4:00pm matchup.
