Madison, NJ (September 1) – The FDU-Florham men's soccer team and Saint Elizabeth University played to a 1-1 draw tonight in a non-conference matchup on Robert T. Shields Field, for their first game in the Drew/ FDU Fall Festival.

It was Saint Elizabeth who notched the score card first, off a penalty kick. Ethan Mosquera netted the ball at the 19:02 mark to go up 1-0.
FDU-Florham saw hope as Parapi lined up for a penalty kick and netted the ball to tie the game with 9:58 to go.
Neither team was able to find the back of the net to secure the victory within the last nine minutes of the match.

Anthony Petrucci (West Orange, NJ) made five saves tonight for the Devils.
Tonight, FDU-Florham held statistical advantages in shots (19-9, 6-8 on goal in favor of FDU), and corner kicks (6-1).
FDU-Florham will travel down the street on Sunday, September 3 for another non-conference and their second game of the Drew/FDU Fall Festival. First touch is commencing at 3:30pm.
