Annville, PA (October 7) – The FDU-Florham women's soccer team traveled to Lebanon Valley for its second MAC Freedom match-up of the year and were defeated by the Dutchman by a score of 2-0, on Saturday afternoon.

In the first half on the pitch, the Devils came out ready to strike as all three of their first half shots were taken within the first 14 minutes of action. The Devils were also awarded three corner kicks but were not able to convert the opportunities.
Lebanon Valley spaced out their six shots through the first half and managed to convert one of those shots for a goal in the 29th minute. Dutchman, Abrielle Miller, was able to net the ball off the assist to give an early 1-0 lead.
In the second half, the fire was still burning bright as FDU-Florham managed to strike ten times but was not able to convert. Lebanon Valley was just shy of tying FDU's shots with nine of their own.
Lebanon Valley registered its second goal of the match in the 74th minute, when Serria Young chipped it in off a pass from her teammate.
Junior
Madison Kleinwaks (Boonton, NJ) led with six shots as the Devils saw many opportunities in today's match, but ultimately fell by a score of 2-0.

, Erica Blackburn (Marlboro, NJ), held the ball in her gloves on four saves, for today's MAC Freedom Contest.
The Devils next match will be at non-conference, SUNY-Delhi on Wednesday October 11. Kick off is set for 5pm.
