In the first half of Wednesday afternoon's match up against Centenary and the Devils, each team took to the pitch in an aggressive start. Just nine minutes into the first half, Drilon Toska (Lincoln Park, NJ) received a pass 25-yards out from the Cyclones goal. He took his defender 1-v-1 up to the goalie box and struck, perfectly placing the ball in the back of a net for his third goal of the season.

The Devils' second goal was scored by Irfan Kermalli (Parsippany, NJ) as he headed it into the net at the 25:01 timestamp. Kermalli's third goal of the season was assisted by Sam Allington (London, England) off the throw in.

With 3:36 left in the half, Ryan Maguire (Toms River, NJ) added FDU's third goal of the half as he headed the ball into the bottom right corner of the net, off another throw in from Allington, for this first goal of his collegiate career.

The second half of the match still was an aggressive show for both teams. Centenary trailed 3-2 with less than two minutes remaining in regulation and tied the game at three as Matt Paterno found the equalizer for the hosts.

FDU-Florham graduate student goalkeeper Tiernan Grey (Staten Island, NY) pushed his record to 2-2-2 on the season with today's draw.

The Devils are back in action on Saturday, September 24 at 2:00 pm when they travel to Penn State Altoona for a non-conference contest in Altoona, Pa.
