Wilkes-Barre, Pa. (October 21) – A goal by FDU-Florham sophomore
Mia Lopez (Rockaway, NJ) with 3:15 to play in regulation secured a 1-1 draw at King's College in a Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) matchup at McCarthy Stadium.

FDU-Florham, which appeared in the initial NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Region IV rankings this week, held a 16-7 advantage in shots which included a 9-3 margin in the second half and put nine shots on goal in tonight's contest.
King's College scored the lone goal of the first half at the 30:01 mark as Raina Adelman finished a feed from Angelina Vargas.
Lopez tied the game with 3:15 left in regulation as she tucked the ball into the left side of the net off a free kick from just outside the box. The sophomore appeared to give the Devils a 2-1 lead less than two minutes later but the ball ricocheted off the pipe and out of the goal as tonight's contest ended in a 1-1 draw.
FDU-Florham keeper
Erica Blackburn (Marlboro, NJ) made two saves in tonight's match as her record moved to 13-4-1 on the season.
FDU-Florham will play its final two matches of the regular season next week beginning with a MAC Freedom contest against Wilkes University on Wednesday, October 26 at 7:00 pm on Robert T. Shields Field.
