Ewing, NJ (September 8) – The FDU-Florham men's soccer team was shutout tonight, 2-0, on the road at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) in a non-conference matchup at Lions Stadium.

First Half:
- TCNJ got on the board in the fifth minute when Alex Quezada found Luke Pascarella in the box for the early lead.
- The hosts doubled their advantage in the 20th minute when Jason Tango shoved a pass to Justin Dominique who finished with a goal from inside the box for the 2-0 edge.
Second Half:
- TCNJ's defense stifled the FDU offense at a potential comeback attempt in the second stanza as the Lions allowed just three total shots (one on goal) over the final 45 minutes of action.
TCNJ held a 17-9 advantage in shots and a 10-3 advantage in corner kicks. FDU keeper
Tiernan Grey (Staten Island, NY) made seven saves, while
Julian Franco stopped the ball twice for TCNJ.
FDU will welcome Saint Elizabeth College to Elizabeth Ruth Hennessy Field on Saturday at 3:00 pm in its next contest.
