ALLENTOWN, Pa. (September 21, 2019) – The FDU women's tennis team notched their second straight victory with a 9-0 blanking of Cedar Crest College Saturday.
The Falcons fall to 0-2, while the Devils move 2-0.
FDU notched a clean sweep during doubles play, surrendering just one game over the three flights. The No. 1 and No. 3 flights each picked up 8-0 victories, as the No. 2 flight won 8-1. Juniors

Kira Bradley earned win at No. 1, as rookie
Kayla Dello Iacono and sophomore
Erin Weller won at the bottom of the Devils lineup. In between, seniors
Christine Kenny and
Logan Squires teamed up for the 8-1 win.
DelRosso didn't give up a game at the top of the Devils lineup, winning 6-0 in both frames. Kenny notched a 6-2, 6-1 at the No. 2 flight as Dello Iacono won 6-0, 6-3 at No. 3 singles. Bradley recorded her second win of the day, earning a 6-1 first set victory before her opponent was forced to withdraw from the match. Junior
Brooke Dorsey and Weller also won at, with Weller dropping one game en route to a 6-0, 6-1 win at the No. 6 flight. Dorsey closed out the day with a straight-set victory, going 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5 singles.

The Devils will be competing in the Middle Atlantic Conference Individual Championships next weekend, which will be hosted by Wilkes University and King's College.
