"The women's match was close. Match of the day was Kira. Came down to just a few points here and there," said Head Coach
Tom Battaglia. "Kira found herself down 7-1 and battled back to get it to a tiebreak. I was proud of her effort to not give up and stick to the game plan.
"Overall I'm happy with the effort. They are a close unit and are prepared to work even harder in practice. We had just a few practices to get ready for Drew and I've already seen tremendous improvement. I'm looking forward to our Pennsylvania trip. The team is eager for more and that's all I can ask for as a coach."
