MADISON, N.J. (November 2, 2018) - The FDU-Florham field hockey team is looking for its second Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Championship when they host DeSales Saturday.

WHAT'S AT STAKE?
The winner will receive the MAC Freedom's berth to the NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championship which starts Wednesday.
HISTORY
The Devils are looking to make their fourth trip to the NCAA Tournament. They qualified in 1984, 1986, and 2014 previously. FDU last won the MAC Freedom in 2014.

BULLDOG REPORT
The Bulldogs enter the meeting with an 11-7 record, including a 6-1 mark within the MAC Freedom. Junior Christie Hansen was tabbed the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year, while Head Coach Lindsay Goeller was named the MAC Freedom Coach of the Year.

The Devils tied the single season program record for wins when they knocked off Eastern, notching their 16th win of the year.

Kelly O'Neill has netted a pair of hat tricks in conference play, while Penney notched one on Senior Night against Manhattanville.
BALANCED ATTACK
Seven different Devils have scored a game-winning goal this season, led by four from Penney. Five Devils have tallied 10 or more points this season, as O'Neill is tops on the club with 29 points.
