John Bricker and sophomore
Tyler Schacher competed in their quarterfinal match at No. 2 doubles. The duo fell to No. 2 seeded Braddock Chow and Andrew MacDonald of Wilkes 8-0.
"The team really exceeded my expectations for this tournament," said Head Coach
Tom Battaglia. "Having three freshman in our starting lineup really raise their game is something I'm excited about. All of our doubles teams won their first round matches and advance to the quarters. Having JT make the finals in his first year was icing on the cake. The team really put the work in this fall and it showed on the court. The team is already talking about the spring and I know they are excited to resume practice in February."
