Kevin Weller will be competing tomorrow after advancing to the quarterfinals of the Middle Atlantic Conference Individual Championships.

JT Murray and junior
Kevin Weller each won their first match of the day and will compete again tomorrow. Murray picked up a 6-4, 6-1 victory at No. 4 singles, topping Cameron Tuck of King's. In tomorrow's quarters, Murray will take on Jamie Zeng Zhu of Arcadia, who is seeded No. 3.
Weller rallied at No. 2 singles to advance to the next round, winning in three sets. The junior dropped the first set to Salvatore DiBenedetto 7-5, but rebounded with a 6-4 win in the second. Weller completed the comeback with a 10-6 triumph in the third and final set.
Elsewhere in singles action, senior
Rich Bennett was knocked off in the opening round by No. 2 seeded Juan Huertas of Manhattanville 6-1, 6-1. Freshman Johnny Bricker faced off with No. 3 seed Drew Ryan of Stevenson in the first round, falling in straight sets 6-1, 6-1. Sophomore
Tyler Schacher competed in the No. 5 singles flight, and was topped by unseeded Nick Harth of King's 6-2, 6-4.

Michael LaNeve won his first round contest, taking of Craig Grohoski of Alvernia 6-1, 6-1. LaNeve came back out for his quarterfinal match, falling to No. 4 seeded Ahmad Kanan from DeSales in three sets. LaNeve won the first 6-2, before falling 6-3 and 10-7.
Brendon Urbano competed at No. 7 singles, falling 6-2, 6-3 to unseeded Nick Holland of King's.
Weller and Bennett teamed up at No. 1 doubles, picking up an 8-3 win over the pairing from Delaware Valley. The duo was bounced in the quarterfinal round 8-3 by the unseeded Messiah team who had picked up an upset in the first round over No. 2 Stevenson.
Bricker and Schacher competed at No. 2 doubles and earned a hard fought victory to move onto tomorrow's quarterfinal round. The duo won 8-7 (7-4) over Michael Fishler and Austin Wesch of DeSales. They will take on No. 2 seeded Braddock Chow and Andrew MacDonald of Wilkes tomorrow.
Murray and LaNeve made quick work of their unseeded opponents from Eastern, winning 8-1 and advancing through. The freshmen duo were eliminated in the quarterfinals by No. 3 seeded Chris Madertiz and Mike Ellis from Wilkes.
