Women's Lacrosse Gearing Up for NCAA Tournament

GAME PROGRAM

MADISON, N.J. (May 10, 2017)
- The FDU women's lacrosse team heads into Pennsylvania for the NCAA First and Second Rounds beginning Saturday.

GAME INFO
The Devils will meet Hamline University at 1 p.m. Saturday at Gettysburg College's Clark Field. The winner of that game will meet No. 7 Gettysburg on Sunday at 1 p.m.

TICKETING INFO
Ticket prices for both days are as followed: $6 for adults; $3 for senior/students ages 13-18 or with college ID from participating institution; and $2 for children ages 3-12. Children two and under are admitted free of charge.

HOW WE GOT HERE
FDU topped Misericordia 14-3 on Saturday, winning their third consecutive Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Championship. Senior Brienna Reasoner was named the MAC Freedom Tournament Most Outstanding Player.

HAMLINE REPORT
The Pipers of St. Paul, Minnesota enter the weekend with a 15-4 record, only their second season as a Division III program. Hamline advanced to the NCAA Tournament thanks to a 10-9 win over Concordia (Wi.) in the MWLC Championship Game. The Pipers are led by Dana Almquist's 69 goals and 163 saves from Molly Dionne.

GETTYSBURG RECAP
The Bullets sit at 16-3 overall, with each loss coming a single goal. Gettysburg won the NCAA Championship back in 2011, and led by Caroline Jaeger's 38 goals and 58 points from Katie Landry.
