NEWTOWN, Pa. – Two FDU-Florham women's lacrosse seniors,
Julianna Medina and
Alison Kozik, were named Second Team All-MAC Freedom as the conference office announced its 2026 All-MAC Freedom Women's Lacrosse Team Wednesday morning.
Medina, a Linwood, N.J. native, started all 14 games for FDU and led the Devils in goals (43), assists (19), points (62), caused turn overs (19), and draw controls (62). She was ninth in the MAC Freedom in goals per game with 3.07 and sixth in points per game with 4.43. She had 11 games with two or more goals scored and four games with five or more goals. Medina scored six goals and added three assists in a 13-12 win over Bard on March 11, earning MAC Freedom Player of the Week. Eight days later, she scored a season-high eight goals against Elms College, earning her second Player of the Week honors of the year.
This is Medina's third consecutive All-MAC Freedom Second Team selection.
Kozik, an Ellington, Conn. native also started all 14 games for the Devils. She finished the year with 720:00 in goal and recorded a 15.00 goals against average with 158 saves and a .467 save percentage. Kozik was second in the MAC Freedom in saves per game with 11.29 and seventh in save percentage. She tallied a season-high and an FDU single game record of 23 saves against Misericordia on April 1. Then on April 22, Kozik became the fifth member of the 500-save club.
This was Kozik's first time being selected to the All-MAC Freedom Team.
