MADISON, N.J. (November 6, 2017) - The FDU field hockey team earned the No. 2 seed in this weeks ECAC Tournament it was announced Monday.

The Devils, who are 13-7, are seeded No. 1 in Pod 2 and will face No. 4 Arcadia in the quarterfinals Wednesday at Robert T. Shields Field at 7 p.m. The winner will face the winner of No. 2 Widener and No. 3 DeSales at Alvernia at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Alvernia will host the semifinals and finals on Saturday and Sunday as the No. 1 overall seed and No. 1 seed in Pod 1. In the other Pod 1 matchup, No. 2 Stockton hosts No. 3 Albright.

The Devils were the No. 1 seed in the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Tournament last week, and had seven student-athletes named All-MAC Freedom.
