MADISON, N.J. -- The FDU-Florham men's tennis team earned a 9-0 victory over Delaware Valley College on Monday afternoon in Freedom Conference play.

The Devils (2-5) swept the Aggies (0-6), who are in the midst of their first season in over 50 years.

Senior Mitch Gettis (Reading, Pa.) kicked off the day with a victory over Alexander Weiss 6-2, 6-2 in first singles. Steven Serras (Brooklyn, N.Y.) followed with a straight-set victory in second singles (6-0, 6-0), before junior Ryan O'Keefe (Honesdale, Pa.) wrapped up third singles by defeating Joseph Palacios 6-0, 6-0. The Devils earned forfeits in fourth through sixth singles.

In doubles play, Max Moscowitz (Upper Saddle River, N.J.)  and Chris Ly (Staten Island, N.Y.) teamed up to top Weiss and Alex Vo 8-0, which closed out the action as the Devils picked up two forfeits in second and third doubles.

FDU-Florham returns to action this Thursday, April 2 when they visit Arcadia University at 2:30 p.m.
