Box Score MADISON, NJ - Trailing 11-10 with 9:14 left in the game, sophomore attack Courtney Rendinaro tied the game at 11-11 before senior midfielder Katie Rolwood notched the game-winner with 4:18 to go to give the College at Florham Devils a 12-11 victory over Arcadia in Freedom Conference action on Wednesday afternoon.

With the win, the Devils improved to 5-7 (2-0 Freedom) while the Knights dropped to 8-4 (1-1 Freedom).

FDU got off to a great start, jumping out to a 3-0 lead thanks to goals from Rolwood, Rendinaro and senior midfielder Sara Slicklen.  The Knights scored two of the next three goals to make it 4-2 in favor of FDU before Rolwood scored back-to-back goals to give the Devils a 6-2 lead with 12:20 left in the first half.  Arcadia responded by scoring three of the next four goals to close to within two, 7-5, but Slicklen gave FDU an 8-5 advantage with 6:09 to go.  The Knights scored the last goal of the half, with just 0:47 to play, to cut their deficit to 8-6 entering the break.

After a 30:00 lightning delay right before the start of the second half, Arcadia scored the first two goals to tie the game at 8-8 with 24:41 left.  Slicklen put FDU back on top, 9-8, five minutes later but the Knights then scored two straight goals to take their first lead of the game, 10-9, with 13:22 remaining.  Rolwood tied it 10-10 on a free position shot with 11:21 to go but Arcadia went back on top, 11-10, with 9:14 left.  Rendinaro tied it back up just 1:30 later before Rolwood tallied the game-winner on another free position look with 4:18 to go.  The Devils then won the draw and were able to run out the rest of the clock to earn the hard-fought win.

Rolwood finished the game with six goals while Slicklen and Rendinaro scored three goals apiece.  Sophomore goalkeeper Grace Warburton picked up the win, making eight saves.

The Devils return to action on Saturday, April 13, 2013, at home against USMMA beginning at 1 pm.
