Katie Rolwood tallied five goals while sophomore midfielder
Caitlyn McGinley added three goals to lead the College at Florham Devils to their first victory of the 2013 season, an 18-6 triumph over Ramapo on Tuesday afternoon.
With the win, the Devils improved to 1-1 while the Roadrunners dropped to 0-1.
FDU got off to a great start as they scored six of the first seven goals of the game, with two coming from senior attack
Sara Slicklen, to grab a 6-1 lead with 5:02 left in the first. After Ramapo made it 6-2, McGinley scored the final goal of the period to give the Devils a 7-2 advantage heading into halftime.
Ramapo had their best stretch of the contest to begin the second half, closing their gap to 7-5 by scoring the first three goals of the stanza. FDU responded immediately though, ripping off the next seven goals to grab a 14-5 edge with 11:04 remaining. Rolwood scored three of the seven Devil goals during the run. The Roadrunners cut it to 14-6 with 7:07 to go but FDU put the game out of reach by scoring the last four goals of the game, with the final two coming from McGinley.

Brianna Capobianco each scored two goals apiece. Sophomore goalkeeper
Grace Warburton played very well and picked up the win in net, making 13 saves.
The Devils return to action on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at The College of New Jersey beginning at 1 pm.
