MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils open the 2012 season against The College of New Jersey Lions in the second year of the MAC/NJAC Challenge at Robert T. Shields Field on Friday evening beginning at 7 pm.

TCNJ opend its season last Friday night with a 24-20 loss against Ursinus but the Lions are coming off a 2011 campaign that saw them go 7-3 overall.  In last season's meeting between the two squads, TCNJ prevailed by a score of 49-21.  Senior running back Jon Bennett and junior wide receiver Anthony Fruncillo each caught a 20-yard touchdown pass in the contest.  Fruncillo finished the game with eight catches for 85 yards while senior defensive back Shane Roland led the defense with 12 tackles and a forced fumble.  Overall, the Devils are 2-11 against the Lions with wins coming in 2008 (42-41) and 2010 (24-23).
