 DALLAS, PA – Freshman running back Craig Kimbrough carried 14 times for 161 yards and two touchdowns to lead the College at Florham Devils to a 41-10 victory over Misericordia in Middle Atlantic Conference action on Saturday afternoon.
  
 With the win, the Devils improved to 2-6 (2-5 MAC) while the Cougars dropped to 0-8 (0-7 MAC).
  
 FDU took the opening kickoff and Kimbrough quickly made it 7-0.  On the first play, Kimbrough rushed for 18 yards to the Misericordia 41-yard line before taking it the distance on the second play for a 41-yard touchdown run.  After three-and-outs by each team, Misericordia fumbled on their own 19-yard line where senior linebacker Dan Hicks recovered for the Devils.  Kimbrough ran it down to the one-yard line on the first play before senior running back Jon Bennett plunged in from a yard out to give FDU a 13-0 lead with 10:56 remaining in the first quarter.
  
 The Cougars got on the board to begin the second quarter when they booted a 20-yard field goal to cut it to 13-3 with 13:04 left before halftime.  FDU responded immediately though, going 57 yards in four plays to grab a 20-3 advantage on a 34-yard touchdown pass from freshman quarterback Dan Pastor to Bennett.  For the drive, Kimbrough carried twice for 39 yards.  Misericordia stalled on their next series and FDU cashed in once again as Kimbrough erupted for a 30-yard touchdown run to make it 27-3 with 5:33 to go.  The Devil defense forced another three-and-out and the offense put seven more on the board before halftime as freshman quarterback Anthony Ognibene capped a seven-play, 57-yard drive with a seven-yard touchdown run to make the score 34-3 heading into intermission.
  
 Misericordia scored their lone touchdown of the game on the first possession of the second half when junior running back Frank Santarsiero burst around end for a 33-yard touchdown run to make it 34-10 with 12:53 to go in the third.  Neither team got much going after that with FDU focused on keeping the clock running.  The Devils notched the final score of the game with 10:48 to play in the fourth quarter when Ognibene took it from 14-yards out to give FDU the 41-10 win.
  
 Ognibene rushed six times for 46 yards and two scores while going 3-for-9 for 21 yards through the air.  Pastor completed two of his three passing attempts for 40 yards and a touchdown while Bennett ran 10 times for 32 yards and a score while catching two passes for 49 yards and a touchdown.  Defensively, junior linebacker Mike Mancino had a game-high 17 tackles while senior linebacker Charlie Thomas added 11 stops.
  
 The Devils return to action on Saturday, November 3, 2012, at home for Senior Day against Widener beginning at 1 pm.
