Box Score MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils used a 17-4 run halfway through the second half to turn a 43-33 lead into a 60-37 advantage on their way to a 62-45 victory over Manhattanville in Freedom Conference action on Wednesday evening.
With the win, the Devils improved to 7-7 (1-2 Freedom) while the Valiants dropped to 5-8 (0-3 Freedom).
FDU jumped out to a 14-6 lead with 12:39 to go in the first half but the Valiants cut it to four, 22-18, with 5:48 remaining. The Devils then closed the half on an 8-4 run to grab a 30-22 lead heading into intermission.
The Devils came out hot to start the second half, opening with a 13-4 run to grab a 43-26 lead with 13:27 to go thanks to eight points from sophomore guard

Brianna Nicholls was the catalyst in the run, dropping in seven points. Manhattanville posed no real threat after that, as the Devils were able to run the clock out for the win.
Nicholls led the way with 14 points, four assists and four steals while Washington added 12 points. Freshman forward
Kyra Dayon tallied 10 points, seven rebounds, five steals and four assists.
The Devils return to action on Saturday, January 14, 2011, at home against Misericordia beginning at 1 pm.
