MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils were defeated by Montclair State, 5-0, in non-conference action on Friday evening.

With the loss, the Devils dropped to 4-4 on the season.

The Red Hawks started the scoring10:55 into the contest before grabbing a 2-0 lead at the 20:13 mark.  They then made it 3-0 with 7:40 left before halftime.  In the second half, Montclair scored twice in nine minutes to reach the final score of 9-0.

Sophomore goalkeeper Tess Loughran suffered the loss, playing the first half and making six saves.

The Devils return to action on Sunday, September 25, 2011, at the College of New Jersey beginning at 12 pm.
