ELIZABETHTOWN, PA - The College at Florham Devils were knocked off by Elizabethtown, 15-5, in MAC action on Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, the Devils dropped to 3-3 (2-1 MAC) while the Blue Jays improved to 5-2 (3-0 MAC).

The Blue Jays opened the game on a torrid pace, scoring the first nine goals of the game before FDU got on the board with two goals in the final 1:42 of the first half.  Senior midfielder Lindsey Parent and junior midfielder Breana Kilpatrick made it 9-2 heading into intermission.

Elizabethtown started hot again to begin the second half, ripping off the first four goals to take a 13-2 advantage.  The Devils then scored three in a row before the Blue Jays tallied the final two goals of the game.

Senior attack Sara Franckowiak scored two goals in the game while Parent added a goal and an assist.  Freshman goalkeeper Ashley Smith suffered the loss, making 15 saves.

The Devils return to action on Monday, March 28, 2011, at home against King's beginning at 4 pm.
