ST. DAVIDS, PA - The College at Florham Devils were beaten by Eastern, 4-1, on Wednesday afternoon in Freedom Conference action.

With the loss, the Devils dropped to 5-11 (1-4 Freedom) while the Eagles improved to 9-4-1 (3-1-1 Freedom).

Eastern got on the board first, just 1:35 into the game, before grabbing a 2-0 lead at the 26:17 mark.  The Devils came back five minutes later to make it 2-1 on a goal from junior defender Sean Mosser.  The score remained 2-1 until the Eagles found the back of the netwith only 3:43 gone by in the second stanza.  Eastern then put the game out of reach with a tally at the 63:22 mark.

Junior goalkeeper Tim Kirk suffered the loss, making two saves.

The Devils return to action on Saturday, October 22, 2011, at home for Senior Day against Misericordia beginning at 2:30 pm.
