MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils beat Misericordia, 3-0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-19), in Freedom Conference action on Tuesday evening.  The win secured a berth in upcoming Freedom Conference Tournament for FDU.

With the win, the Devils improved to 22-7 (4-2 Freedom) while the Cougars dropped to 8-12 (2-4 Freedom).

Junior outside hitter Chelsea Hoeffler led the way for FDU with 13 kills while junior setter Nicole Weissert added 29 assists.  Senior libero Marta Matera and senior defender Jackie Kressaty notched 17 and 10 digs, respectively.

The Devils return to action on Saturday, October 22, 2011, at the Rutgers-Newark Tri-Match against Brooklyn at 2 pm and against Rutgers-Newark at 4 pm.
