MADISON, NJ - The College at Florham Devils were defeated by King's, 2-0, in Freedom Conference action on Monday afternoon.

With the loss, the Devils dropped to 8-8 (3-1 Freedom) while the Monarchs improved to 9-5 (2-2 Freedom).

The Monarchs got on the board with 12:15 gone by in the first half but the Devils played them even for the remainder of the first half and for the majority of the second half.  With the score still 1-0 and 3:10 left in the game, King's scored an insurance goal that allowed them to pick up the key conference victory.

Sophomore goalkeeper Tess Loughran suffered the loss, making 12 saves.

The Devils return to action on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at home for Senior Day against Eastern beginning at 7 pm.
