GLENSIDE, PA - Junior midfielder
Erika Depelteau (West Windsor, NJ/West Windsor-Plainsboro North) scored four goals to lead the College at Florham Devils to a 16-3 win over Arcadia in Middle Atlantic Conference action on Saturday afternoon.
With the win, the Devils improved to 5-1 (3-0 MAC) while the Knights dropped to 0-5 (0-4 MAC).
FDU opened up a 3-0 lead just 5:53 into the contest before Arcadia scored two of the next three goals to cut their deficit to 4-2. Depelteau and sophomore attack
Breana Kilpatrick (Pennsauken, NJ/Camden Catholic) tallied the next two goal to make it 6-2 but the Knights scored again to make it 6-3 with 8:36 left in the half. Freshman midfielder
Samantha Savona (Jackson, NJ/Liberty) scored two goals and Depelteau scored her third to give the Devils a 9-3 advantage at intermission.
FDU completely locked Arcadia down in the second half while senior attack
Linda Bohn (Vernon, NJ/Vernon Township) and junior midfielder
Lindsey Parent (Cinnaminson, NJ/Cinnaminson) each had two goals.
Bohn finished with three goals and an assist while Parent recorded two goals and an assist. Kilpatrick and Savona each had two tallies as well. Junior goalkeeper
Kelly Butler (Bridgewater, NJ/Bridgewater) picked up the win, playing the first half and making one save.
The Devils return to action on Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at home against TCNJ beginning at 4 pm.
