MADISON, NJ - The third-seeded College at Florham Devils knocked off sixth-seeded Old Westbury, 3-0 (25-21, 25-15, 25-18), in the Quarterfinals of the ECAC Metro/Upstate Tournament on Wednesday afternoon.

With the win, the Devils improved to 31-8 while the Panthers dropped to 24-12.  FDU will now move on to play in the Semifinals held at Elmira College on Saturday afternoon.

Senior middle hitter Lauren Brazier paced the Devils with nine kills while senior setter Kerry Kuperman finished with 22 assists, eight digs and six kills.  Freshman outside hitter Helena Riede also notched six kills while sophomore outside hitter Chelsea Hoeffler tallied six kills and seven digs.

The Devils return to action on Saturday, November 13, 2010, in the Semifinals of the ECAC Tournament against the winner of #2 Ramapo against #7 Lehman at Elmira College beginning at 1 pm.
